Each of our BV Commerce clients receives free website statistics with their hosting. We provide LiveStats. To access your website statistics, you will need your ftp password.

Here are the steps for accessing your statistics:

1. Using your website browser, please go to the following address: http://www.bluecreekweb.com/webstats (Remember to replace your website address here)
2. We have installed the upgraded statistics. To see newer statistics, use the top section. To see older statistics, please use the lower section.
3. Type in your password into the password field. Note, everything else should be prefilled for you.
4. Click on the "Login" button.

Some tips

• Pay more attention to website visitors than hits. Visitors represent actual people where hits can represent anything from the web page to graphics.
• Look at the visitor trends. This should reflect things such as peak seasons or when you sent out an email campaign.

• Left navigation: Live Statistics - This shows how many visits you have had over a long period of time.
• Left navigation: Pages and Content | Entry Pages - this shows where people are entering your site. Note, the home page may not be the first page people see when entering your site. A lot of times it is a page within your site. This is because all of the pages on your site are found on search engines. And, when someone types in a keyword or phrase another page may show.
• Left navigation: Referrals | Search phrases by search engine - This shows how people are finding you on the internet.
